Entry Age for Programs

  • Pre-Nursery: 2 to 3.5 yrs. old by June 1
  • Junior Nursery: 3.6 to 3.11 yrs. old by June 1
  • Senior Nursery: 4 to 4.11 yrs. old by June 1
  • Kindergarten: 5-5.11 yrs. old by June 1

Enrollment Requirements

 

Once you’ve chosen Goodstart Preschool for your child, here’s a streamlined guide for enrollment:

I. REQUIREMENTS

1.  Complete the registration form (Google Forms).

2.  Submit a scanned 1×1 ID picture of your child.

3.  Fill out the parent questionnaire (Google Forms).

4.  Provide a scanned copy of your child’s birth certificate (PSA).

5.   E-sign Goodstart’s Policies and Procedures. (sent to you through email)

6.   E-sign Goodstart’s Data Privacy Act Agreement. (sent to you through email)

7.  E-sign Goodstart’s Consent and Waiver Form.  (sent to you through email)

8.  Accomplished Medical Form w/ physician’s signature (sent to you through email)

9.  Complete Fetcher’s pass form with 2 pcs. 1×1 current ID pictures

  • Submit to the child’s teacher on the 1st week of classes.

II. PAYMENT

  • Email proof of payment for school fees to ac********@go*******.ph
  • New students: Pay school deposit; assessment schedule given upon payment confirmation.
  • Old students: Pay school fees and await confirmation from accounting.

III. ASSESSMENT

Assessment date set for NEW Nursery (Jr. and Sr.) and Kindergarten students after confirmed payment and submission of

required documents.

Bank details will be provided after document submission. Admission implies commitment for the entire term.
