Our Programs
We’ve been doing this since 1975, and one thing hasn’t changed — children learn best when they feel safe, happy, and unhurried. Everything we offer here starts from that.
Whether your child is just starting out, joining us for summer, or trying something new through our special activities, you’ll find that our programs are less about impressive-sounding methods and more about what actually works with young children.
Preschool Levels
We offer three levels under our preschool program. Each one is designed with that specific age group in mind. Not just academically, but socially and emotionally too. A three-year-old and a five-year-old are very different people, and we treat them that way.
Ages 2–3
First time in school
Ages 3–4
Growing independence
Ages 4–5
Getting ready for Grade 1
For many of our Nursery kids, this is their very first time away from home. We take that seriously. There’s no rush here. Children are given time to settle in, and our teachers know how to help them get there.
By the time they reach Kinder, most of them walk in with their bags, put them in their cubbies, and go straight to their friends. That shift doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen and it’s one of our favorite things to watch. Find out more about what each level covers and what a typical day looks like.
2026 Summer Classes
Summer 2026 enrollment is now open.
A good way to ease a child into school life — or just keep them busy and happy during the break.
Summer at Goodstart is a little looser than the regular school year. The pace is lighter, the activities are hands-on, and children have more room to just play and explore. Some families use it to prepare their child for Nursery in the coming school year. Others simply enjoy having somewhere good for their kids to go during the long break.
